Ordering
Placing an order and completing payment forms a contract for us to make and supply the coasters described. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may decline or refund an order we can't fulfil.
Made to order
Coasters are engraved to order to your specification. Because of this, personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
Faults & damage
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll remake and resend it, or refund it.
Delivery
Dispatch times are estimates. We're not liable for courier delays outside our control, but we'll help chase anything that goes astray.
